Tenby, Christmas 2005
Winter sun over the sea at Tenby (Dinbych-y-Pysgod), Pembrokeshire (Sir Benfro)
A low tide reveals South Beach, Tenby. The Burrows dunes to the right and Giltar Point the first headland. The second is St. Margaret’s
Island at the Western tip of Caldey Island – she’s only an island when the tides not all the way out.
The ramp down to the South Beach. The Belgrave Hotel at the left.
Karon on the South Beach at Tenby
Karon, wrapped up well against the cold. In the background you can just make out the bandstand on the cliff to the left of the gap
between the town and St. Catherine’s Island
Behind Karon lies Giltar Point, beyond that the Western tip of Caldey Island – it looks as though the two are joined but there’s almost
a kilometre of water between them.
The Southern part of Tenby overlook the South Beach with St. Catherine’s Island to the right.

Amazing to think that once, those near vertical slabs were horizontal.
Tenby Harbour and the North Beach.
This little lane fascinates me and I photograph it every time we visit Tenby.
